This 9-day Egypt program offers students an immersive journey through the country’s most iconic historical sites and cultural landmarks. Activities include exploring the Pyramids of Giza, the Egyptian Museum, and the Valley of the Kings. Students will also visit bustling bazaars, ancient mosques, and temples, while learning about the evolution of Egyptian civilization, architecture, and art. Through guided tours, museum visits, and cultural exchanges, participants will gain a deep understanding of Egypt's ancient wonders and contemporary life.
Day 1
Arrival to Cairo. Orientation and welcome dinner.
Day 2
Tour of Cairo including: Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, Coptic Cairo. Free time
Day 3
Visit to The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Free time
Day 4
Guided visit to the Giza Pyramids. Visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Day 5
Visit to Saqqara, the Dahshur Pyramids, and Memphis.
Day 6
Visit to the Museum of the Egyptian Civilization.
Day 7
Visit to the Valley Of The Kings. Visit to Valley of the Queens.
Day 8
Visit to Temple of Horus and the temple of Kom Ombo. Tour of Aswan. Farewell dinner.
