Coffee and Sustainable Development in Panama
Through a series of conversations with community leaders, this program introduces students to the history of coffee production in Panama. Over the years, organizations including COPULAG Cooperative and CEASPA have prioritized sustainability as a critical social provision and a successful business practice. Students will have the opportunity to speak directly with cooperative members and will even virtually visit an actual coffee processing site.
